To delete your account, simply head to the VoicePal mobile app, go to account and tap on “Deactivate Account”.
The types of data that will be deleted are your account information, your audio raw transcripts, cleaned transcripts, summary, title, folders created by you, your additional generated contents, any presets created by you, the audio files, and any image files generated or uploaded by you.
All your data will be instantly wiped off the servers and this is irreversible. The data will not be retained for any period of time.
